You might also be able to take a bonus action if you have a feature that grants one. Reactions happen on other creatures' turns in response to specific triggers.
Actions Actions include Attack, Cast a Spell, Dash, Disengage, Dodge, Help, Hide, Ready, Search, and Use an Object. Many class features grant additional action options.
Bonus Actions Bonus actions are granted by specific features, spells, or abilities. You can only take one bonus action per turn, and only if something grants you the ability to do so.
Reactions Reactions are special responses to triggers that happen outside your turn. The most common reaction is an opportunity attack when an enemy leaves your reach.
Movement You can move up to your speed on your turn. Movement can be split before and after your action. Difficult terrain, standing from prone, and other effects can affect how far you can move.
