1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Grow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Grow is a social calendar application that allows users to share their availability with friends and discover local events. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

Grow exists to help real people meet in real life. Hate has no place here. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or attack people, or use Grow to facilitate any of the above
• Post content that discriminates against or targets people based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or any other identity. Accounts that do this get removed.
• Impersonate other people or organizations
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or deliberately deceptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Spam, scrape, or interfere with the proper functioning of the service

5. Locals First

Grow is built for actual neighborhoods. The events it surfaces, the friends it suggests, the plans you make — all anchored to where you live. It's not for mass marketing, affiliate-style promotion, or extracting community attention at scale.

Venues, organizers, and hosts are welcome. Be a good neighbor about it.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the service. You are responsible for the content you post.

7. Instagram Bot

Grow provides an Instagram bot that allows you to submit event information via Direct Messages. By messaging the bot, you agree to the following:

• Messages you send to the bot (including text, images, and links) will be stored and processed to extract event details
• You must link your Instagram account to your Grow account before submitting events
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content (including event flyers and images) that you send to the bot
• Extracted event details are created as drafts for your review before publishing

8. AI Processing

Grow uses artificial intelligence services to extract event details from content you submit, including images, text, and links sent via the Instagram bot or uploaded directly. By submitting content for event extraction, you acknowledge that:

• Your content will be sent to third-party AI providers for processing
• AI-extracted event details may contain errors and should be reviewed before publishing
• Your content is not used to train AI models

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
